1、 Brand agency conditions


1. The agent must be a natural person (individual) or legal person (company) that can bear civil liability independently;

2、 Basic policy of brand agent


1. implement cash spot system;


2. implement the system of regional exclusive distribution market protection;


3. the agent shall implement a substantial preferential policy for the supply price;


4. implement the reward system of accumulated purchase rebate;


5. the sole agent has no requirement for the minimum annual sales volume;


6. implement the regular assessment system for the actual operation market of the exclusive agent in the region;


7. the assessment period of the agent is 12 months. If the performance is not good, urge to strengthen the work and give marketing guidance. If there is no improvement, it is considered to cancel the distribution qualification;


8. in case of multiple merchants competing for distribution in one region, the merchants who first ordered and reached the order amount standard shall be granted the agency right.


3、 Responsibilities of agents

4、 Agency protection policy


1. the dealers shall be strictly protected by regional policies and the system of one district generation shall be implemented. The special prefecture (region) may add dealers according to the specific situation and the market operation ability of the agents;


2. the products shall be supervised and managed by special personnel to prevent malicious goods from being stolen;


3. the agent shall implement a substantial preferential policy for the supply price and implement the cumulative purchase rebate reward system to maximize the interests of the agent;


5、 Agent promotion management


1. unified advertising investment plan under the contract;


2. necessary data of products designed and manufactured;


3. the form and content of promotion activities in advertisements organized by agents must be approved by the company in writing before implementation.


6、 Company support policy and after-sales service


1. Market operation guidance: provide successful and unique market operation plan, graphic design document and market operation guidance;


2. Brand image publicity: exquisite and complete terminal publicity materials (product color pages, brand posters, terminal books and periodicals, in store image display, a large number of systematic soft technical articles, etc.);
